MAIN CHARACTERISTIC:
1) All the hydraulic components, sealing parts and electronic parts are imported from famous brand with high reliability and ensure no oil leak.
2) The mould platen, crank were manufactured by imported CNC and tested by 3D measurement inspection machine, thus ensure higher precision and longer time between failures.
The mode of centralized lubrication station and fix-quantity distributor is used for crank lubrication, which ensures reliable lubrication at every point and thus makes the running parts more reliable in working.
3) High and low pressure twin hydraulic pump is used in hydraulic loop, hydraulic and Proportional control of system pressure and flow, setting unloading electromagnetic charge according to production, then it will work more reliable in summer with low power and low temperature oil.
4) Use more advanced boosting control flow, has high injection speed, shorten the pressure boosting time, the technic can be repeated better and have a more large adjusting scale.
5) In order to set moulds with different thickness, it is hydraulic motor drived to ajdust the mould, it will be more stable and safety than electric driven.
6) To guarantee the injection concentricity and stability, the complete cast steel structure type C is adopted accordingly.
7) The ejection structure of the machine was set on the back of movable platen and it was connected by eject plate and cylinda, We select the proper eject pin location delay program control in order to easy for mould design, the eject pin can be cleaned up, those action are controled by electronic-hydraulicvalve and time delay program.
8) It can install two hydraulic pressure core pulling facility on both retainer plate and movable plate of the machine so as to insert and pull out the core, and set the program by electronic-hydraulicvalve and a set of electric components. So there have kept hydraulic connecting pipes joint for hydraulic core pulling cylinda on the machine’s retainer plate and movable plate. The action program of the hydraulic pressure core pulling facility can be selected by electric program.
9) The unlocking mechanism use the low pressure locking hydraulic system to protect the mould invoid locking mould when the lifters or inserts have not touched smoothly. If without this low pressure locking system, the moulds will be damaged in the high locking force.
10) The safety door can avoid the injury to people by the liquid metal spurted from the mould parting line. The injection can be processed only when the door is closed, if the door is open the auto circulation sytem will stop work and the fast injection won’t work, the circulation system was mainly controled by a set of process switches and form a mechanical chain.
11) This machine has the cooling water system to cool off the dies as well as cool off the hydraulic oil. This system is combined with cooling water pipe and water-return device, it can adjust and check water quantity and flow.
12) This machine is completely operated by electrical device, it should choose the atuo circulate work progam when normal production and during testing it can be manually operated, the two program is switched by “auto᾿and ”manually”switch. Detailed operation refer to the electrical device schematic.
13) The machie has the independent electrical device control box and a button box which is set on the side of front plate. On the panel ot the electrical device control box there has a PLC terminal, press the touch screen we can adjust and display the parameters of injection time, cooling time, eject delay, injetion pressure holding time, interval of 2 times lubrication, ram lubrication times, core pulling program, clamping force, speed and so on.
14) The voltages are 220V AC for the machine’s electrical device, PLC, electrical oil pump machine contact device and electric lubrication machine. The voltages are 380V AC for transformer.
Other operation circuit direct currents are pigeonholed and all outputted, exchanged from voltage transformer from direct-flow steady voltage device into power DC24V. The voltages are 2V DC for all the relays.
